[DXR] Great Circle Bearing Info

Can anyone point me in the direction to download a printable text version of
all countries on the DXCC List and their Great Circle Bearing from a
location I can enter into the program.

 I find W6EL´s Miniprop very useful as it provides
both Great Cicle Map and predictions.
It can be downloaded from his web-site .

The prefix for Pitcairn isl is shown as  
VR6  It should be VP6  and their should be a 
listing for DUICE  Isl. VP6D   ???
