[Dx-packages] [Bug 1024459] Re: panel and launcher blinks when using libreoffice presenter/spreadsheet
This bug also happens in Ubuntu 12.04, running latest unity for that version (5.20). Is it possible to backport the fix? We have about 200 laptops showing this behaviour when editing a LibreOffice Writer document and changing the text color. Launcher and top panel disappear. The bug was already reported for unity version 5, but marked as duplicate (bug 1024720) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of DX Packages, which is subscribed to unity in Ubuntu. [Dx-packages] [Bug 1283448] [NEW] resizing loop on high-dpi screen
Public bug reported: When the global scaling factor is set to 2, dconf-editor occasionally starts changing its window size causing very high CPU activity. This occurs for example while searching: It appears dconf-editor tries to adjust the window dimensions to the size of the content. It also happens when (then) resizing the window afterwards, it tries to revert to the previous window size. This causes very high CPU activity and freezes the window content. This does not happen when the global scaling factor is set to 1. I'm not sure what environment creates this scenario, so I cannot list steps to reproduce. But once you see this bug, it affects the Recycle Bin every time a file is placed in it. It does not affect the bin itself, only the launcher icon's path to it. You ARE able to right click Launcher icon and choose 'Empty Rubbish Bin', but you CANNOT left click to explore from the launcher. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of DX Packages, which is subscribed to unity in Ubuntu. [Dx-packages] [Bug 1283617] [NEW] Fuzzy search on window spread filter is too narrow
Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: - open a terminal, Files window, and Firefox window - press Super+W to spread windows - type terminal - WHAT WAS EXPECTED: the terminal window would not be filtered out - WHAT HAPPENED INSTEAD: the terminal window is not listed.
