[Dx-packages] [Bug 1845232] [NEW] Launcher mouse input only working on 1 of 2 monitors installed
Public bug reported: unity-lens-applications "Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS" I have two monitors stacked above/below. Launcher set for bottom and available to be seen on both monitors. If the SUPER key is hit while the mouse is in the upper monitor window the mouse is able to click on any icon loaded via search. If the SUPER key is hit while the mouse is in the lower no mouse click input works and I must resort to using the arrow keys to highlight any returned search icons. It is undesired as it requires to modify code in all unity related components when upstream drops some gsettings schemas. gnome-settings-daemon > 3.33 drops/modify media-keys schemas in an undesired way that it can't easily be reverted. Keyboard & mouse schemas are modified and unity-settings-daemon is crashing. So it's better unity uses it's own schema as suggested by Laney.
