Bug description:
  14.04 same thing WIFI doesn't come back after sleep/suspend... Editing
  /etc/pm/config.d/config with the SUSPEND_MODULES=your_driver_here
  in my case rtl8192ce used to work sometimes, now its not working
  at all. After every suspend it seems to be unable to connect. Seth
  Arnold suggested that my issue was unrelated to any of  the other fail
  after suspends and should open another ticket.

Same problem here with 14.04 and ralink rt73 chipset. Worked perfectly
with 13.10

Not related with SUSPEND_MODULES=rt73usb in /etc/pm/config.d/load
(already done and doesn't resolve).

No, the firefox window is not blank. There are two problems : 1-webapps
doesn't open in webbrowser-app ((firefox instead)and 2- no icon in
