  Does not occur in: Ubuntu 12.10

  1. Install updates that require restarting the computer to complete 
installation.
  2. From the system menu, choose "Log Out...".

  What happens: The Log out dialog appears as normal.

  What should happen: The Log Out dialog has secondary text, “Some
  updates won’t apply until the computer next restarts.", and has a
  "Restart Instead" button.

Robert, I'm not sure I understand why you marked this Triaged in
indicator-session? All it does is call
org.gnome.SessionManager.EndSessionDialog...
