  Encountered that after screen is turned off by inactivity, then after
  restoring, its brightness was very dim. After looking into Brightness

Bug description:
  Encountered that after screen is turned off by inactivity, then after
  restoring, its brightness was very dim. After looking into Brightness
  and lock settings panel, discovered that Brightness was set to 0.

  Seems that related to Dim screen to save power functionality.
