looks like fallout of bug 1292306 please test with a newer image again, i suppose it is fixed now.

I was dogfooding u2 and I got several texts over the course of a day from the same contact that did not trigger a notification at all in indicator-messages. If I opened the Messaging app, I would see the texts. I just had to check and see because indicator-messages didn't tell me. Other contacts seemed to work fine. I don't know what was wrong with this one.
