Bug description:
if on a different workspace, clicking on an indicator applet like
evolution mail does not switch workspace

  scenario:

you are working on workspace 2 and evolution mail is open in workspace
  1. A new mail arrives and the indicator turns blue. You click on the
blue envelope and you see that you've got a mail!. So you click on the
unread mail count of the evolution indicator applet, but you are not
taken to the evolution mail interface as you are working on a
  different workspace.

This functionality is avalable in the gnome 2.30 and ubuntu 10.10.
