[Dx4win] Dupes

2003-02-17 Thread [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Hi,

I have posted this message a couple of times and am still looking for an answer.

What is the quickest, most efficient way to recognize and elminate dulpicate
QSOs in DX4WIN?

This would include merged DX4WIN files and imported ADIF files.

All of the QSOs, whether generated within DX4WIN or imported, would be
contained within a single DX4WIN log.

Is there any simple way to do this?

Thanks,

Rick

[Dx4win] Dupes

2003-02-17 Thread Mel Martin (VE2DC)
I have a solution

Importing doesn't remove dupes... But merging does...

Create a new empty file...

Merge the file with dupes... It will discard the dupes...

2003-02-17 Thread Dean Norris
Does anyone have settings compatible with printing to a QSL card
directly. I use an HP842 printer and don't know if I can even feed
cards. Info/help appreciated.

[Dx4win] Kenwood split frequency problem

2003-02-17 Thread Tom LeClerc W1TJL
Hello Gentlemen,

I noticed a problem with 6.02 tonight that has me puzzled. When double
clicking on a packet spot with a split the Kenwood TS-950SDX does not go ito
split mode. Both of the VFOs are set to the correct frequency but the radio
does not use the normal A for receive and B for transmit. Again, the
frequencies are set in the radio correctly and when manually selecting the B
vfo the correct QSX frequency is there. I went back to 5.03 and the problem
disappeared - it worked perfectly. I went back and forth several times with
the same results.

I then tried it with my TS-440S/AT and it did exactly the the same thing.

I am using the driver Kenwood 850-950 but tried the stright Kenwood driver and
the results were the same.

My operating system for all tests is Windows XP Pro on a pentium III 450 MHz.
BTW, I used the same cable and IF-232C for all testing also.

Anyone have any ideas??

73, Tom
