[Dx4win] SA070 IOTA

2003-02-23 Thread Neil Carr G0JHC

It looks like the vast majority don't have this problem, so guess I had
an import problem from a previous version? What version did SA070 last
appear incorrectly please?

[Dx4win] SA070 IOTA

2003-02-23 Thread ON4AOI
Everybody has this problem Neil,
The fix is quite simple
go into the IOTA database and lookup SA070
here you can see that the THE LONGTITUDE is POSITIEVE
it should be NEGATIVE.
You only have to add - in front of the value and it is fixed

I fixed the local copy here that I have been using to debug DX4WIN.CTY
country mappings. I hope to have a new file later today.

[Dx4win] No day/night update

2003-02-23 Thread DL5NO
Hi,

although both options Day and Night and Update Day and Night are
activated (all other features within WorldMap/Options are inactive), the
twilight-zone doesn't move automatically.

Version ist Dx4WIN 6.02, running on WinXP. The feature worked fine in the
5.0x version.

Is that a problem only on my PC afther the upgrade?

I see the same behavior on my Windows XP-based system with DX4Win 6.02. When
the world map is set to update day and night automatically, it doesn't. If I
click somewhere on the world map window, it does catch up, showing the
proper day/night coverage. The feature was working fine under 5.0x.
