[Dx4win] Adding a Field to Logbook

Is it possible to add QSL Manager to the logbook, presumably via the 
report editor?

I'm going overseas soon, and was going to take the cards going to 
Europe to mail when there.  I' don't wantto take cards for stations 
that have US managers!

[Dx4win] Automatic Antenna Switching

I want to automate my IC-756PRO's antenna switching with DX4Win.  I know
this is a bit off topic, but I'm looking for some recommendations for
antenna switches.

I would prefer to use the Band Switching data on the IC-756 to drive the
antenna switch, although I will use the computer as a second choice.

I'm looking for suggestions on what devices are available to use.  Web links
would be great.
