I have a question concerning the SAME CALL window. In this window
there is a CONF column which can have two entries for each QSO (N N, Y
N, etc) Why are there two N's, Y's or a combination of the two. It
seems it is telling me if these previous contacts were confirmed or
not but why the two possibilities? Does the first letter tell me if
my card was sent and the second letter tell me if I got a QSL back?
I looked in the on-line user files and help guide .pdf files but
couldn't find the answer.
TIA

future support?

Each QSO has two separate Confirmed flags. The first one is for paper QSLs.
The second column is LoTW confirmations.

One is confirmed by paper QSL the other is confirmed electronically
(i.e., via LoTW).

If you press F1 (help) while in that window, you will get the info about
the same call and it does include this.
