[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY updates

I'm starting to work on Release 24.  You can see the initial notes here:

This release will contain about 500 new QSL manager listings for special DX
contest calls (like the new 2x1 calls from Germany and Sweden).  These have not
been added until now because the DX spots don't usually list a QSL manager, but
I found a way to get the information.

I am waiting on several possible new IOTA reference designators:

  SU8GFTN - Giftun Island (Red Sea Coast North Group)
  T32Y, T32SNW and T32EJW - Vostok and Flint Islands, Caroline Islands

Also note that K7C (Kure) is via K4TSJ (see QRZ.COM) and not KJ6PN (earlier
user of special call).

Hope to have a new release in mid-October.

[Dx4win] Label Printing

I have been a DX4win user for at least ten years but I have only just got
around to trying to print qsl labels. In the course of setting up I was
advised that it would print out the labels for 410 cards. As I have only
just set one QSO so for a label I was very surprised! Maybe the programme is
looking at some of the qso's that have not been qsl'd or something like
that. Could somebody tell me how to get out of this? I only want to print
labels fro qso's from Yesterday onward. Can this be set up?
