When I have downloaded my confirmed QSO file from LOTW it has updated the record fine by flagging UPL CNF TO "Y". What does not happen is that additional information from the ARRL record is also not updated.
So I tried REPLACE EXISTING QSO option. This worked fine but then it does not mark the QSO as UPL CNF and any notes are lost.
