[Dx4win] Program Error messages

When I try to open DX4Win I get the following error messages.

failed reading country file

list index out of bounds

access violation at address 005E4E08 in module dx4win.exe read address 0008.

What do I do to recover it and will I have lost new log entries, specifically 
the VU4 yesterday?

I do have Nortorn Go Back

I am new to the list and sure that this topic has come up before.. Has
anyone gotten the K1EL winkeyer to work with DX4WIN, or know of a plan
to support it.. I have not been able to make it work yet...

Can someone give me a write up of the column explanations in the REPORTS, DXCC, 
SUMMARY, OK?
I've been trying to explain to myself what the columns mean and the operation 
manual is useless. It has almost nothing in this regard.

I am looking to purchase a ts-440 class (440, ic-735 or FT757) with DX4WIN. I 
noticed that this rig is not one of the identified rigs, but a generic Kenwood 
is. Has anyone used a 440, 735 or 757 with DX4WIN. Any recommendations on one 
of these?
