Guy,

I've launched DX4WIN with your hb9ari_wsjt.dxl file
and all work 100%! When initially filled during WSJT
use, the Grid field is also correctly stored and JT65 mode too.

Thank you very much for your fine job and nice work!

I greatly appreciate your Ham Spirit!

[Dx4win] Writelog to DX4WIN log conversion version 2.5

2008-10-09 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
I've updated the Writelog to DX4WIN conversion program, you can download
it from:

http://dx4win.ad1c.us/wl2dxq.htm

Here are the changes:

Added Florida and Pennsylvania QSO Parties
Added some support for N1MM conversion (tested with CA QSO Party)
Prevent program crash if ADIF file doesn't contain frequency
Prevent program crash if ADIF file contains blank lines

I wanted to get PA QSO Party support in before this weekend's contest.

The program now (sort of) works on N1MM logs. I only tested with one
from the California QSO party. If you need a new Writelog or N1MM
conversion and it doesn't work with the current program, send me the
.ADI file and I'll see what I can do.

I have a few more things on my list, but won't get to them until next
week at the earliest:

- fix scroll bar in Contest field
- make frequency in QSO Notes field optional
- add a clickable link to the web documentation
- check length of QSO note text before copying (a note greater
than 64 characters may crash the program)
- allow you to edit the DX4WIN filename more easily

There is still the problem with Selecting the Contest type, just tab
into that field and use the up/down arrows - it's easier than trying to
use the tiny scrollbar.

If you find any problems in the program or documentation, let me know.

Thanks Jim. This is developing into a very nice program. I especially like
the importing of counties into DX4WIN. It saves an extra step in my
processing.
