[Dx4win] Filter Question
Hello -- I'm running DX4WIN 7.04.04. When filtering, say you have a station that you've worked on 40M several times. I want to print a QSL label only for one of those QSOs.However, when filtering using the station's call and a single date, ALL of the QSO's show up, not just the one I wanted. How to I filter on just a single date? Thanks Mark K3MSB __ Dx4win mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Dx4win@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

Re: [Dx4win] Filter Question
Hi Mark, In your QSO Preferences, under Searching, set QSO Date to Range. Then in the F8 search, you can set start and end dates for the QSOs. Search for the Start date, then after hitting ENTER, DX4WIN will prompt you for the End date. 73 - Jim AD1C On 5/25/2009 8:34 AM, Mark K3MSB wrote: Hello -- I'm running DX4WIN 7.04.04. Re: [Dx4win] Filter Question
In preferences, on the QSO tab, you have 3 choices for date matching. Greater or Equal... handy for QSL operations. Exact... which is what you actually need. Date Range... this is what is causing you a little confusion. If you specify Date-Range... you just specify a start date in the log form and a pop-up window will ask for the range when you start the filter. The reason the guys are suggesting to set preference to Date-Range is that you can use this for all 3 types of queries... so you never have to mess with preferences. For example... for an exact match, begin - end dates are the same. For = specify a future second date... for = specify a past first date... Hope this clears it up for you Mark. [Dx4win] Function-Key memories for MMTTY
Hi folks, Anybody know of any way to prepare various sets of commands for the F-keys in the MMTTY add-on to DX4WIN?? Sort of like the way it's done in N1MM --- set the macros up the way you want them, save to a file with title (like K1KO_DXing.xxx) and then be able to select which file you want to operate with that day??? Thanks and 73, Karl, K1KO Va.
