[Dx4win] Setting Mode for RTTY

2010-12-09 Thread Bert Garcia
When using the MMTTY window for RTTY, the QSO is recorded as SSB, not RTTY. I
am using AFSK in SSB mode and I must edit each RTTY QSO to correct the mode.

Do I have something set incorrectly in DX4WIN?

I assume you are using MMTTY through DX4WIN and not stand-alone.

If you double click on the callsign you want to log within the MMTTY
window, then DX4WIN will start to enter this QSO in your log and set
the mode to RTTY. If you do NOT start entering the QSO this way, then
DX4WIN uses the mode directly from the radio, in your case, SSB.
