[Dx4win] (no subject)
Hello all, Hello all, Have recently installed a IC7600 and a connection established between the TRX and the laptop with XP via USB ports. Both DX4WIN as N1MM works ok . When I start DX4WIN , then flashes the VFO frequency readouts of both of VFO A and B . Does anyone have any idea what the reason of this is and what to do? In the DX4WIN window 'Freq (khz)' no readout, only a few seconds by pressing F9 and than disappear. I'm not familiar with Writelog, but generally speaking if you export your contest log in ADIF format you should have no difficulty importing it into DX4WIN. You'd just do a regular import and it should work. (Unfortunately, I'm not in front of my shack computer and don't have a copy of D4W handy to give you the specific steps.) If that's what you're doing and it's not working, if you can tell us what the problem is (do you get an error message?) we should be able to help. I have great difficulty importing Contest programs into my main DX4Win log specially write log. can you review the sequence as I maybe doing a step wrong. Joe, you should save (or export) your WriteLog as ADIF.
