Much appreciated I will try this fix shortly. Understanding how these
pieces of software work is probably half the battle. I was clearly looking

You need a copy of the DX4WIN.IEP file from version 7.  Try exiting
DX4WIN, then save the attached file in your SAVE directory, allow it
to over-write the existing file.

p.s. the attachment should be removed by the reflector, but Dean
should still get a copy direct from me.

When you log any /MM QSO, DX4WIN will set the DXCC award flags
(Mixed/Band/Mode) to "I" (letter "eye") meaning Invalid.  So they will
not count for DXCC.  If you want to see the award flags, type the F5
key in the QSO window enough times until they are visible at the
bottom.
