[Dx4win] UPDATE: Importing Log From JT65-HF ??
Greetings and thanks for the replies I received. Paul took a look at my ADIF file and noted that the header is missing. He suggested I copy the header from a DX4Win created ADIF file and add it to the JT file. Have not tried that yet but, from the replies I received, others are doing exports/imports with no issues. I will investigate further, trying the methods suggested and see where we end up. Again, thanks to all who replied, Mike / W8DN On 11/28/2016 2:06 PM, Mike Rhodes wrote: Just wondering if anyone has tried to import a log from JT65-HF by HB9HQX?? I only have a few Q's in that log but thought I would try to convert it to ADIF and import to DX4Win but the ADIF file locks up DX4Win. JT65-HF exports two apparently different ADIF formats (thought there was a standard), one being LOTW and the other eQSL. Tried both with same results. Will go ahead and enter them into DX4Win manually but thought someone might have an explanation of what is going on. Re: [Dx4win] Spots in different windows
Hello Terry, The spots in the DX Spots window are filtered by what you need on certain bands and modes. You can set and change those filters in Files | Preferences | Packet 1 (Spots to Ignore & Prefixes/Zones for Spotters); Packet 2 (Colors for DX Spots) and Packet 3 (Bands and Modes). If there are spots that show up in the packet window, I can force them to show up in the DX spot window by doing a SH/DX and they will appear. Any ideas? [Dx4win] Importing Log From JT65-HF ??
Just wondering if anyone has tried to import a log from JT65-HF by HB9HQX?? I only have a few Q's in that log but thought I would try to convert it to ADIF and import to DX4Win but the ADIF file locks up DX4Win. I just tried to install DX4WIN 6.03 on a computer that runs Windows 10 64-bit, and I got a "Port Drive Not Found" error when I try to run it. The same thing happened when I tried to run it in Windows XP Compatibility Mode. I don't have a 32-bit installation of Windows 10 to test on. You can find pricing information on the DX4WIN web site: http://www.dx4win.com/ There are some upgrade notes here: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/appnotes/upgrade.html 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
