Re: [Dx4win] New Printer - Label Issue

2021-07-12 Thread Bud Governale
Thanks for the replies.

Here are the steps that worked for me.

DX4WIN>QSLs>Print QSL Labels>Print>Setup (Printer is in the destination
pull down and All is in the pages pull down)>Setup>Properties>Print On Both
Sides>No.

Re: [Dx4win] New Printer - Label Issue

2021-07-12 Thread David Kozinn, K2DBK
Hi Bud,

The exact process is going to differ depending on which version of Windows
you're using and which printer, but here are some things to try:

After you click "Print" to print the labels, the next pop-up should be
"Report Setup". Click the "Setup" button there. You should get another
pop-up with a heading that says "Print Setup". Click the button that says
"Properties..." and you should get another pop-up with a bunch of options.
This is the pop-up that varies the most depending on your printer, but look
for something that says "2-sided Printing" or "Print on both sides of the
page", or something similar. You'll want to disable that and it should fix
your problem.

I'll mention that what I wrote assumes you're using Windows 10 and DX4WIN
version 9, though the process will likely be similar on other versions.

Subject: [Dx4win] New Printer - Label Issue

Our 10 year old printer which worked perfectly with DX4WIN label printing
had to be replaced.

The new printer HP Laser Jet Pro M203dw prints the Avery 5150 sheet
perfectly just like the old printer.

EXCEPT it's printing on both sides.

I can't find how to print on one side in the DX4WIN > QSLS > Print QSL
Labels window.

Need to fix this before I can mail cards.

Any help is much appreciated.

[Dx4win] IC-7300 rig file for dx4win 9.0.9

2021-07-12 Thread Radivoj Kar, F6GNZ via DX4WIN
Hi,With the ic7300.rig file provided in dx4win v 9.0.9, logger doesn't read
radio's Band, Mode nor frequency, but sets it correctly when clicking on the
Spot.
This rig file should be replaced by the attached ic.7300 rig file made by
SM7IUN (already used in dx4w version 8.05).
With this file, one can control radio either via it's CI-V remote port or via
radio's USB port set for CI-V control in the radio menu.
73 to all,
