[Dx4win] Use with VE7CC

2012-11-09 Thread Tom Berry
I would like to use VE7CC for my spots in DX4WIN. The problem I would
like to only look at 20, 17, 15, 12, 10 meters. I try loading VE7CC and
setting it up then exit and run DX4WIN and using VE7CC for spots. It
still shows 160, 80, 40. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

Jim, I have an Orion I and I have seen this problem . It seems to be only
when you first turn on the radio and connect to DX4WIN.
I will try to pay attention from now on to see if I can tell when it occurs.

DX4WIN will do as you describe when you try to run two versions at the same
time.

For example, when I start mine I will click on the ICON and think it didn't
take (because of the computer being slow) so I will click on it again.
Then it will give me an error and the program will be in the Demo Mode.
All you have to do it exit and reload it (once)
and it will work normally.

[Dx4win] GLOBAL QSL

2007-04-25 Thread Tom Berry
Anyone know of a way to generate an ADIF file for GLOBAL QSL to use ?
This would be a file of the QSO's that I would want to QSL..

Thanks

[Dx4win] DX Cluster Drop

2005-01-17 Thread Tom Berry
I use VE7CC software (http://www.bcdxc.org/ve7cc/default.htm) to
connect to the cluster and then interface DX4WIN to it through a
local network. VE7CC will reconnect if you get dropped and DX4WIN
will never know it was disconnected.

[Dx4win] DX4WIN vs 6.? whatever versus 5.03

2004-01-24 Thread Tom Berry
Another good reason to upgrade is to support a good logging program.
