My IC-775 DSP follows CAT very reliably with my Windows 10 laptop (Toshiba Satellite). Download IC-775 DSP User Manual from Icom and follow Ch 5 SET MODE instructions. Push SET button and hold 2 seconds to select H-set mode. Next, press Up/Down button to get "Ci -baud" and rotate Tuning Wheel to get 1200 value. Press Up/Down to get "Ci -Addr" and rotate Tuning Wheel to get 46h. Press SET again to return to main frequency window display. In DX4WIN, select File, Preferences, and Radio tab. Choose ICOM 775, Address 46, Baud Rate 1200. Check mark in Default box. Check your computer's Windows Device Manager and choose available Com port. Check marks in DTR and RTS boxes. Click File, Save, and Exit. Restart DX4WIN and confirm if CAT following. Let me know if successful. My personal email is OK for questions or follow-up.
