Hi Rod,

In the PSK31 Settings|TX section is the possibility to mark "USE CW
CONTROL" this means it follows your preferences|SETTINGS for CW/PTT if
you specify CW/PTT via LPT(x) then it will be keyed via this LPT(x) port
if you specify CW/PTT via com(x) then it will be keyed that serial port
