This is what you should do: dx4w805\IMPORT\adif.pmp => dx4w901\IMPORT\adif.pmp I'll try to fix the program in the next couple of days. - Jim -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] ADIF.PMP File
I think the latest version of this file is in dx4w805\import directory. 73 Kostas SV1DPI Στις 30/10/2017 21:23, ο Bud Governale, W3LL έγραψε: I can’t find adif.pmp file in dx4w805\SAVE\adif.pmp I found it in a 2014 unzipped cty. file. I copied it and pasted adif.pmp into dx4win\save directory. Is this the correct thing to do? 73, Bud W3LL Message: 3 Date: Mon, 30 Oct 2017 11:55:28 -0600 From: Jim Reisert AD1C To: DX4WIN Reflector Subject: [Dx4win] DX4WIN 9.01 and "Compare DX4WIN Award Credit Status with LoTW" Message-ID: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi Folks, Some of you may have used this program to compare your DXCC award credits in DX4WIN with those in the ARRL Logbook of the World system. It's far easier than tracking down a discrepancy by hand, i.e. ARRL says you have 301 entities confirmed on 17m, but DX4WIN shows 300 (or 302). http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/ Leo, IZ5FSA discovered today that the program does not work with DX4WIN 9.01. The program uses a prefix mapping file that is only present in DX4WIN versions 8.05 and earlier. To work around the problem, copy the file from 8.05 (or earlier) to 9.01: dx4w805\SAVE\adif.pmp => dx4w901\SAVE\adif.pmp I will have to modify the program to fix this. The simplest fix is to embed the prefix mapping table directly into the program, because there is no equivalent data file in DX4WIN 9.01. The downside is that if any entities are added or removed from the ARRL DXCC list, the program could require an update. 73 - Jim AD1C __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
