Hi All

I public declare that was my fault. The story:
It all happened more than a year ago, when I was
sorting a pack of cards received from buro.
Because I'm a county hunter, I update the county
field of all my QSO's with the info on the cards.
When I was doing that for K6LL, I input CA on
state field, and pressed F1 to input is county YUMA.
Well, I couldn't find it. But I found YUBA.
So, I thought that was a typo mistake and reported
the "bug" to author. He, in good faith, acepted the
correction and did it on next version. Case closed.

Only after I seen the mails mentioning this mistake,
I recall what happened and checked again the card.
Well, it turns out K6LL QTH it's in Arizona (not CA)
and that explains it all. (What I still can't explain it's
how I missed state info, also printed in the card!!!)
Anyway I apologise for all the trouble.
I promise I will be more carefull next time I report
something. I've learned my lesson.

Now, if DX4WIN could automaticaly update my full
log State and County fields getting the info from a
CD-ROM, that would be wonderfull. ;o)

Season Greetings to all

Paul has already fixed these for me. In addition, Itasa, MN should be
Itasca, MN. That has been fixed as well. Maybe he needs to put up a new
DX4WIN.CTY file on the web site.

The county hunters use Richmond, NY (not Staten Island). Ask WA2AKB if
you're not sure.

I agree with you about Miami-Dade, FL.

Not true. Ver 5.03 still has the Yuma, CA (should be Yuba) error and also
Autaga, AL (should be Autauga). Would also like to see Dade, FL changed to
Miami-Dade, FL, and Richmond, NY changed to Staten Island which would match
what the county hunters use. Ver. 5.05 did fix some other county errors.

No, it can't be edited. But it was fixed in 5.03, along with several
others. You need to update/merge your country file.

p.s. your Email name says KOPP - should it say K0PP?

The last county in the list of California counties
is "Yuma". It should be "Yuba". Does anyone
know if this list can be edited like the country
list?
