Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN.AWD version 1.17 released
The folks at the Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society, particularly John Huggins, KX4O, provided me with an updated listing, as well as an easy way to get updates in the future. Karl, K1KO, kindly transcribed the Russian Lighthouse Award listing for me. Thanks, Karl! I have a World Flora Fauna listing which I will convert to DX4WIN format by the weekend, when I should be able to provide a new awards database to everyone. 73 - Jim AD1C On Wed, Jun 3, 2009 at 6:20 PM, Jim Reisert AD1C jjreis...@alum.mit.edu wrote: I wanted to put this in a separate note so it wouldn't get lost in the announcement. Also, I had considered adding actual reference numbers for the DCI (Italian Castles) award, but there are almost 12,000 numbers, and it would increase the size of the DX4WIN award file by about 30%. It's still a possibility if people are tracking this award - please let me know. The World Flora Fauna award (http://www.wff44.com/en/) is starting to become popular. Is anyone interested in this award? It should not be too hard to create an award file for it. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C/Ø, jjreis...@alum.mit.edu, http://www.ad1c.us __ Dx4win mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Dx4win@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
