[Dx4win] Laser printer for QSL cards and Labels?
My old HP 1100A is about to die, and I'm looking for a replacement. My only real criteria is that it doesn't cause the labels to "creep" as does my 1100A, which results in having to reprint over (and over) again. Networking would be great, but is not essential. I second that. I am using a HP Officejet Pro 8600 that I purchased at Office Depot for a little over $100 at a special sale event. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to remove the paper from the tray when you want to print envelopes. Some people have purchased a second tray so they can quickly switch them but I don't print enough envelopes to justify that. I am VERY happy on how little ink it uses compared to the Epson printer I replaced.
