The DXCC Desk stops processing LotW applications until they have cleared all the paper applications from the previous year and finalized the "end of the year" standings for the DXCC Yearbook. Wayne, Thanks for the info. I guess I'll wait to make a submission for a few weeks in case some additional QSL's show up. I see the LoTW Computer is all up-to-date now since their upgrade last week. Today, I sent in my Log from this weekend's NAQP at 1930Z and by 2005Z the QSOs & QSLs had shown up and credited. That's now 1/2 hour versus 11 DAYS last Monday!!! I last uploaded at about 0001Z on Nov 1. It came through this morning. So the 33 hours is real... Isn't it great that so many are now using LoTW?
