[Dx4win] New entities

2010-10-11 Thread F6EXV Paul
  Hello all
After installing the latest version of the country file, and merging
with my old one, I find that for example a QSO with PJ2MI in 1992 is
still counted for the new entity of Curacao, and a QSO with PJ0J in
1987 is still counted for the new entity of St Maarten.
It looks like the callsign mapping does not consider the start date of
the (potential) new entities when callsigns are imported.
Is this a bug, or have I done something wrong ?
Thanks + 73

That's strange Paul;

Mine is perfect; PJ0J = PJ7/D
PJ2MI - PJ2/D

Think you may have done something wrong

Merging new CTY into old CTY does not work.

Merging old CTY into new CTY does work, but it means more file moving/copying.

The web page is not clear on this. See:

  Hi all
I believe I did it right (merging the old into the new).
The calls other than PJ0J and PJ2MI are treated correctly though, so I
just changed the entity for these 2 calls, adding a /D in the prefix box.
Looks like my stats are now correct.
