Confirmed here as well. Tested with version 8 and version 7 and got same results as Mel and Oms. Windows XP Pro, DTR set to CW keying, RTS set to None. Alan N5NA Mel wrote: Interesting Dave. Hi Oms, I tried to test this, but I realized that I have a WinKey interface, and it doesn't have the problem. I do not have COM or LPT ports on my ham computer. Can someone else who is using a COM or LPT port interface for the CW keyer please test this? Oms, in the CW preferences tab, what are your settings? I don't understand how you can be using a sound card to send CW.
