Roger,

Undo the Invalid

Change the rstR to 0 (zero)

This way the QSO is in the log but will be ignored for awards etc.

Recently, Ross was spotted on 160 but the spot was grayed out! If
I completely delete the contact the spot shows up normally.  I've gone

It's because you have worked him before. Marking it as invalid doesn't 
change that. Either delete it since the contact didn't happen or change 
it to 9m2ax/NG and put a note for the QSO
