The serious problems with PayPal are 1. All spends are revocable 2. Security efforts to try to avoid revocable transactions *within* the PayPal system can flag you as a undesirable merchant. 3. Waaay too bloody expensive. (for an ecurrency provider) 4. Governments are closely watching PP, more and more deciding that they are a bank.
e-gold won't have 20Million customers for quite some time yet, but with PayPal's crazy system, PayPal is actually assisting e-gold 's growth!
