-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- hi all, external monitoring software did report about a 4 minute access glitch from 1543 GMT thursday to 1547 GMT thursday, other than that there has been no downtime recently. here are some guidelines (from out on the web) on how to use network diagnostics to determine where a problem might be: http://www.speedcorp.net/guides/traceroute/ currently, you should be able to traceroute all the way to 206.102.213.1 on your way to e-gold.com. from that point on, ICMP packets (which is what ping and traceroute use) aren't allowed thru. you can also run traceroute from various places around the world to see if anyone / anywhere is having similar problems to you: http://www.geektools.com/traceroute.php jay w.
