A sharp-eyed e-gold user noticed and reported a problem (recently corrected) on the e-gold account history page, visible when accessing an e-gold account.
before the correction, users with computers set to use a timezone of GMT/UTC, GMT/UTC+1, ..., GMT/UTC+13* utilizing the "Quick Date Select" dropdown to choose "Last Month" had the Ending Date change incorrectly to one day *earlier* than the last day of the previous month. e.g. May 30 instead of May 31. users manually selecting/changing Starting Date/Ending Date values were not affected. this problem did not affect the visibility of transactions within the history display, did not affect the date/time displayed on any particular transaction, and did not affect e-gold Automation Interface users. users may wish to recheck any "Last Month" reports if they suspect this problem affected them in the past. a "Thank You" and an upcoming e-metal "Bugs Bounty" payment to the e-gold user noticing the problem! jay w.
