If i do this with the first 2 or 3 files its working fine.
when the total MB becomes more than 100MB i get the problem.

i aslo did a test whit CR2 files (raw photo files) when i get to the 100 MB

I did try it a few times

the first time i could upload 2 files, with number 3 the error came around
could not click on store uploaded files
time on my clock was 09:35 PM

the second time i could upload file number 3 when i click on store uploaded 
files it took a few minutes for the error to show up

Just a note. I create a VirtualBox VM on VirtualBox 4.1.8 r75467.
I used ubuntu-11.10-server-amd64.iso image to create the VM.

I select:
* OS type: Ubuntu (64 bits)
* Base Memory: 2048
* Storage / SATA Controller / SATA Port 0: Ubuntu.vdi (Normal, 8.00GB)

During the ubuntu installation, I select the default configuration except:
* I select ssh server and PostgreSQL installation (I think PostgreSQL is not
required as there is a dependency in our deb package)
* I download the jdk-6u29-linux-x64.bin from the Oracle website (what a boring
site!)
* I start this installer
* I copy the jdk1.6.0_29 into the /usr/lib/jvm directory
* I executed these following actions

sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/java java
/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.6.0_29/bin/java 1

If i make the server i only select ssh-server.
I make sure the distrobution is up to date with the command sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade

Than i add the nuxeo key and the nuxeo repository.
I make sure again that apt-get is up to date with the command sudo apt-get

now i install nuxeo with the command sudo apt-get install nuxeo

This is a really strange trouble as we can't reproduce at all your problem.

I test on my Mac Os 10.7 and on a VMWare Fusion VM with the exactly the same
OS. Here is what I did:

* Install this [Unbuntu
distribution][http://www.ubuntu.com/download/server/download]
* documentation you pointed from point Installing from the APT sources from
the terminal
* I had an error during the install,
* I did twice the sudo apt-get install nuxeo action (I didn't analyze yet
this error, but I will work on it)
* I choose always the default configuration
* and finally it works without installing the Sun... euh... Oracle sorry JDK.

 Hello
 I did import a document now do i want to attach a few mp4 vid's to it. it's 
 looking like there is a 100MB limit, is this correct? and how can i change 
 this limit?
 I'm using Nuxeo 5.5 on Ubuntu 11.10 64bit in virtualbox 3 cores with 6GB ram
 * i did make a clean instal from Ubuntu-server 11.10 64bits
 * installed sun-java6-jdk (no openjdk, with openjdk the dasboard wil not work)
 * installing Nuxeo

 from pointInstalling from the APT sources from the terminal

 Reproduction steps:
 * Login with a user account
 * go to my personal workspace
 * go to import a file and select a file.
 * when the file is uploaded i go to the file tab.
 * In the FILE-tab i select add.
 * here i select the mp4 files i need.
 this also happens when i use the admin account and in the workspaces from the 
 default domain
 And there is no problem with drag'n drop.
 the file sizes are from 30 till 80 MB

i did do the same on the dedicated server with the same results
the only common factor is my host computer running opensuse 12.1

so i did try it from a tablet and it did work only for the first time.
