Some key information about the conference:


1.   You can contact the MA-ESA Chair, Dr. Chris Habeck

pertaining to the conference.



2.   This year, our keynote speaker is Dr. Erle Ellis (U. Maryland, Baltimore

3.   Our special topics speaker will be Dan Kunkle (Exec Director, Lehigh Gap 
Nature Center). Learn more about him and the LGNC's restoration work by

4.   Our Banquet speaker will be Karen Lutz (Director, Mid-Atlantic Region 
Appalachian Trail Conservancy). Learn more about her and the ATC by clicking

5.   Kutztown University students will host a student mixer and bonfire the 
evening of April 9th at the PA German Cultural Heritage Center on campus = tons 
of fun!



6.   The best graduate and undergraduate poster and oral presentations will 
receive a monetary award $$$!

Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the ESA Conference: April 8-10, 2016
 
On April 8th-10th 2016, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Ecological Society of 
America will hold its 2016 annual meeting at Kutztown University in Kutztown, 
PA. Kutztown University is located in beautiful Berks County between the cities 
of Reading and Allentown.  

Registration and abstract submission will open Monday, February 1, 2016 at 
10:00 AM EST. To register and/or submit abstracts, please navigate to the 
MA-ESA website: http://www.esa.org/midatlantic2
 
The MA-ESA Conference is a great venue for all ecologists regardless of region 
or affiliation. Also, we typically have a large contingent of graduate and 
undergraduate students that present their research and network at this

Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the ESA Conference: April 8-10, 2016

On April 8th-10th 2016, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Ecological Society of 
America will hold its 2016 annual meeting at Kutztown University in Kutztown,

open early February.
