Hello, I am assisting Ines Ibanez at the University of Michigan this fall in establishing a lab portion to her class "Forest Ecology." In the context of climate change, we hope to develop a lab with field and computer modules that give the class experience in measuring species diversity, developing demographic parameters, and calculating forest biomass.
