ESA Student Section Travel Awards - DUE JUNE 8th *REAL
BROWN TRAVEL AWARDS*

The Student Section offers national and international travel awards to
encourage student attendance at the annual ESA meeting. These awards target
students presenting at the meeting who could not otherwise afford to attend.

Eligibility

   - You must be a member of ESA and the Student Section.
   - You must be enrolled as a student (high school, undergraduates,
   Masters and Ph.D).
   - You must be in good academic standing.
   - You must attend the Student Section Mixer, Business Meeting & Award
   Ceremony and one additional Student Section event at the annual meeting to
   receive your award. Student Section events for the annual meeting can be

   - Minorities are encouraged to apply.
   - You will be notified of award status at the latest by July 1st, 2015.

  Student Section board members will evaluate applications based on
professional achievements and demonstrated need. We strongly discourage
applicants who have access to funding for the meeting.
*Submit your application form and abstract acceptance confirmation to *
*students....@gmail.com* <students....@gmail.com>* by **5 pm EST on **June
8, 2015. **The applicant must submit the application package as a single
pdf in one email with the subject “ESA-SS travel award 2015”.*

*If you have submitted a late-breaking abstract and are waiting to hear
about its acceptance, note this on your application and we will take it
into consideration.
