Hi Fabrice,
It might be worth your while to look on flickr for these. A great many
birders' pics are posted there, and lots of them are under Creative Commons
licenses which would allow you to use them without contacting the
photographers, as long as you give credit.
Their search site here: http://www.flickr.com/search/advanced/? would allow
you to specify that only Creative Commons pics be searched, which still
gives a very rich selection, e.g.:
http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=sunbittern&l=cc&ct=0&mt=all&adv=1
