I use diamondcard in the US and other places.  the escape sequence is
001xx.  I had an diamondcard for a couple of years.

Or ask DiamondCard support for the real number format. (I have no idea

what you have is wrong.  try this : @eugw.ast.diamondcard.us  . as for 
number, then that is right.
