If I had a nickle for every time I've gone off half cocked, I could afford all the modules I want for my K2. -- Forwarded Message -- Subject: Re: [Elecraft] delete! Date: Saturday 01 July 2006 13:07 From: Doug Asay [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hi Bud, Hi everyone, I messed up! What Happened was I got up this morning and opened my mail. I found the one from this mailman something or other I honestly thought they had gotten my info from Elecraft and that this was a phishing expedition by some scam artist. I clicked on one of the blue high lighted URL and had my rant. The main reason that I thought it was bogas was because they put my pass word in the e-mail. Bottom line is that I did NOT think for a minute that my Rant (and it was) was going to the Elecraft forum. Actually, I want to build a kit this winter and have been planning on it. I like the Elecraft kits allot. Please except my apology as I would have NEVER said those things in that way on the forum. I thought I was HAULERING at some bozo that wanted to do my e-mail harm. I get mail all the time that someone wants me to Click on the URL...go ahead it will be OK...Ya right This couldn't have gone more wrong...SORRY! Doug WS3X p.s. what is a F--kwit? ( I was called this in a private e-mail :) I hope that I am not one. It would sure be nice if those that emailed me direct would now take the time to let me know if I can have a second chance or am I banished to outer darkness forever?:) I am realy a decent sort of fellow...honest. This is what I received: This is a reminder, sent out once a month, about your mailman.qth.net mailing list memberships. It includes your subscription info and how to use it to change it or unsubscribe from a list. You can visit the URLs to change your email address, membership status or configuration, including unsubscribing, setting digest-style delivery or disabling delivery altogether (e.g., for a vacation), and so on. In addition to the URL interfaces, you can also use email to make such changes. For more info, send a message to the '-request' address of the list (for example, [EMAIL PROTECTED]) containing just the word 'help' in the message body, and an email message will be sent to you with instructions. I have a set of Palm paddles, not sure if that's the best for demo purposes. I will have a power supply also.
