When I first got my K-Line I went a little nuts and also bought two W2 units I no longer use them in my system, so after residing in my closet for awhile, they are now for sale... W2 with 2,000 watt sensor and USB interface cable $250 W2 with 200 watt sensor, without interface cable$200 Both are in perfect cosmetic and operational condition, and I don't smoke... [Elecraft] 50 Ohm Load
For those still pondering what dummy load to use, consider this... My Cantenna is at least 40 years old and while I should have put a meter on it, I thought that little unit sold by OHR mentioned by others would be worth having $51.05 including postage to Dallas and about an hour of my time to carefully build it... Nice little unit... That's one option... [Elecraft] Channel Master Rotator Help
Bought a Pixel Magnetic Loop and Channel Master antenna rotator to feed my K3 Well, put it all together, installed it, and NUTS, the antenna won't rotate... The antenna is now pointing N-S, and I'd love to see how directional it really is. I'm pretty sure it's all wired OK, and the cable should be fine... I've scanned the net for a schematic of the controller, and only found what looks like a similar Radio Shack controller... It gives the voltages from terminals 1,2 and 3 of the controller Mine partly matches... Any one have a Channel Master 9537 controller, please contact me off list... I'm in Dallas, and usually I have a hard time hearing Phil... While my K3 is new, the antenna is a GAP Titan vertical which is all that my HOA allows, so that's an issue... The last couple weeks I listened for 5 minutes or so, and heard nothing... In previous weeks, the AL and GA relays would always come in loud and clear...
