Hello all, Listen for Scott, N3SW and Ed, WA3WSJ operating from the Appalachian Trail starting Friday evening and ending Sunday Morning. We will hike the AT from Pine Grove Furnace S.P to Caledonia S. P. here in PA. We both will operate our Elecraft KX1s while at the shelters. Look for WA3WSJ and N3SW on 20m, 30m and 40m cw around the qrp frequencies. N3SW might have 80m too? On Saturday afternoon and early evening listen for us operating the Polar Bear Moonlight Madness Event from Birch Run Shelter on the AT. We will also operate Sunday morning. This will be around a 20-mile AT hike and we both should enjoy the leaves as they are turning bright colors about now! Hope to hear your call through my headphones on the AT.
