Thanks Don. I just wanted to make sure. I have one more test to do - to try a new cable. The ohmmeter said the old cable was fine but I'm having a cable sent. "BKM" = best known methods I think I may have to ship back a broken KPA1500 and so I'm wondering what others have done to ship it.
