Good evening, Twenty meters was getting longer as time passed. There was also quite a bit of noise on it. I worked until I could no longer hear under the noise. However, forty meters was good until I reached the very same limit. My ears were ringing after both nets. Luckily I could sit by the fire and listen to it crackle and pop. The forecast was for rain but I only got the clouds. No precipitation or temperature change. The snow fall of four days ago remains where the sun did not sublime it. On to the lists =>

Sorry, hopefully the sun will keep up its recent string of sunspots and propagation will improve apace. It is time that the sun becomes active again. It has been quiet for far too long. This will be another short week. Holidays always seem to upset the normal flow; especially when they not located on the weekends. Luckily New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are not as frenzied as the days before Christmas. I went to the grocery store on the 24th and it was hectic. Not the normal friendly country store but more like one in a big city. Luckily all I needed were a few herbs to finish off my stuffing recipe. The workers all looked rather harried. I expect they will be their normal friendly selves tomorrow. Until next week (next year) stay well, 73, Kevin.
