Re: [Elecraft] Elecraft KX1 - a builder's review
My KX1 has the old 30m board. Its power output is 4,2w on 20m from a 13,8 supply., but approaches 7 watts with the A123 pack. Perhaps the 80m board lowers the output, I have no way of testing. I don't think 80m QRP is as popular on the Left Coast of the U.S as it is elsewhere. I rarely operate there anyway. 73 Eric. WD6DBM Johnny Siu vr2...@yahoo.com.hk wrote: Basic KX1 gives more power. [Elecraft] Elecraft KX1 - a builder's review
Hello Mike, KX1 is not cheap and I would wonder there is a sizeable market now. So, KX2 will be a big question mark. I spent quite some time building the low pass filter LPF1 of the KXB3080 option. This part is even more difficult than K2. 73 Johnny VR2XMC - 郵件原件 寄件人︰ Mike Morrow k...@earthlink.net 收件人︰ elecraft@mailman.qth.net 副本(CC)︰ 傳送日期︰ 2014年12月17日 (週三) 11:23 AM 主題︰ Re: [Elecraft] Elecraft KX1 - a builder's review Phil wrote: A reasonable assessment, Johnny.
