Phil, NS7P, our regular NCS was away this week. My thanks to Steve, W0SZ, and Dave, W8OV for calling back east to assist me, as well as other relays. Signals were not especially strong, and I have a new, very slow, pulse noise source nearby. The K3's receiver was a real help. W6GS had the highest SN (3795) on the net today. Dean said he received the rig Thursday, and that it still has "new car smell." W8MYO had the lowest SN (166). We began at 18:00Z on 14.314, and closed the net at 19:01 with the following 36 check-ins + NCS. I quickly counted 22 states and two DX countries present (plus US, of course.)
