It appears from the schematic that the Elecraft 144-450 MHz Directional Coupler for the W2 SWR/Power Meter can safely pass DC voltage without any direct interface nor danger of damage with the sensor electronics. My question, has anyone confirmed that the VHF/UHF couplers are safe to use with 12VDC in-line coax powered preamps (i.e. Icom AG-25/35 preamps with an Icom IC-9100 Sat Transceiver).
